A contract by which a donor gives property free of charge to the recipient; for real estate it is notarised.

- Transfer and acceptance, and registration when it is real estate

- The order of resolving disputes: negotiations, then the courts of the Republic of Armenia
- Final provisions: entry into force, amendments only in writing, the number of copies of equal force
- The parties’ details (an individual: passport, social card number, address, bank account; a company: tax ID, state registration number, address, bank, account, the signatory) and both signatures
What to know before signing
- A gift of real estate is certified by a notary and registered with the Cadastre Committee, so a note is added.
