This policy explains what personal data Haiatar processes, for what purposes and on what grounds, who it is shared with and what rights you have under the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data.
What we process
- Account: name, email, photo (from Google or Apple if you sign in that way), phone if you add it, language and site settings.
- Documents: the requests you send to the AI assistant, text extracted from the PDF or TXT files you attach, the documents you create and your studio workspaces.
- Contact: messages sent through the Contact us form and feedback.
- Technical: request logs (never document contents), errors, device type and language.
Purposes and grounds
We process data to provide the Service (performance of the contract), to keep your documents, give support, prevent abuse and keep the platform secure (legitimate interest), and, with your consent, to send news and offers. You can withdraw consent in your profile settings.
AI processing
To draft a document, the text of your request and the sources it needs are sent to the AI model provider (xAI). We send only the text the document needs, without details that identify your account, and we never use your documents for advertising.
Where data is kept
Sign-in, the database and files run on Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage). Servers may be located outside Armenia; such transfers rely on the safeguards the law requires and on our providers’ contractual commitments.
How long we keep it
- Your account and documents: until you delete them.
- Records of AI requests: 90 days.
- Technical logs: up to 30 days.
- Contact messages: until resolved, then no longer than one year.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that help us run the Service (Google Firebase, the AI model provider, an email delivery service), only for that purpose, and public authorities where the law requires it. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict its processing, to withdraw consent and to receive your documents. Write to us from the Contact us page and we will answer within the time the law sets. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia.
Cookies and local storage
We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language, theme and other site settings. Analytics tools are turned on only with your consent.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), documents are visible only to their owner, private files are served only through short-lived signed links, and staff access is limited by role and logged.
Children
The Service is meant for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
Changes and contact
We announce material changes to this policy on the site or by email; the date at the top of the page shows the latest update. Write to us with any question about your data.
