These terms govern your use of haiatar.am and the Haiatar service (the Service). By signing up or using the Service you confirm that you have read and accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
Haiatar uses an AI assistant to draft official documents used in Armenia — applications, contracts, powers of attorney, statements and more — and delivers them as PDF only. You can edit a document in the studio, keep it in your account and download it.
The assistant relies on the legal acts in force (arlis.am), the state services guides (hartak.am) and the templates of the Ministry of Justice, but the Service is not legal advice and does not replace an attorney or a notary.
Your account
You sign in with Google, Apple or a one-time code sent to your email (Firebase Authentication). You must be 18 or older to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your account and devices; if you notice a sign-in you do not recognise, sign out everywhere from your profile settings and write to us.
Documents drafted by AI
- Check every detail, name, number and date before you sign or submit a document.
- The legal basis is shown for information: laws change, and the final responsibility lies with whoever uses the document.
- For important matters (real estate, inheritance, court cases) we recommend asking a lawyer.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create forged documents or documents in someone else’s name, to deceive, to infringe other people’s rights or for any other unlawful purpose, nor interfere with the Service or send automated bulk requests. Such requests are refused, and repeated attempts may lead to the account being blocked.
Your content
The documents you create and the details you put in them belong to you. We process them only to provide the Service and never publish them. You are responsible for having the right to use the details you include in a document (for example, other people’s personal data).
Plans and payments
The Service starts with a free trial; the terms and limits of paid plans are described on the Pricing page. Prices are in Armenian drams. Payments are made through a licensed payment provider; we never store card details. We announce price changes in advance, and they never affect a period you have already paid for. Refunds follow the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Consumer Rights Protection.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available around the clock, but it may be briefly unavailable during maintenance or outages of our providers. We may develop, change or retire features, and we announce material changes in advance.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by using a document without checking it. This limitation does not apply to harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these terms, giving notice where possible and a chance to download your documents.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, including the Civil Code. Disputes are first settled by negotiation, and failing that, by the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest change, and we announce material changes on the site or by email. For questions, write to us from the Contact us page.
