An official paper has to look exactly the same on the sender’s and the receiver’s screen and on paper. That is why every document on Haiatar is previewed in the browser and downloaded as a PDF — nothing else.
Export from the studioLink to the section “Export from the studio”
The studio writes the PDF itself, in your browser.
- Open the workspace in the studio.
- Choose export as PDF in the top bar.
- Save the file, or print straight from the studio.

PDFs from the studio are vector files:
- Text is real text in the embedded fonts — searchable and selectable.
- Shapes stay sharp at any zoom.
- The file opens editable in other PDF editors.

Tables of data inside an organization are another matter: a screen’s table can be sent to a sheet, saved as a page or downloaded as CSV.
