Haiatar runs on Google Firebase: accounts in Firebase Authentication, data in Firestore and files in Cloud Storage. The site and the apps reach your data only through our API, never directly.

Your personal documents are yours alone. In an organization, what a member can read or change follows their role, and the server checks the permission on every request.
Sign-in without passwordsLink to the section “Sign-in without passwords”
You sign in with an emailed code, Google or Apple, so there is no password to leak. In your profile you can see your sign-in methods and sign out on every device.
AI with you in controlLink to the section “AI with you in control”
The AI answers with structured documents you read before using. The organization agent only proposes changes; nothing happens until a member reviews and applies them.
