Open the agentLink to the section “Open the agent”
The agent button sits in the workspace’s top bar. It opens a floating window you can drag anywhere; on a phone it opens from the bottom. The conversation stays while you move between sections.
AskLink to the section “Ask”
Ask in your own words; the agent knows which section you are in.
- Type a question or pick a suggestion.
- Attach up to three PDF, TXT, CSV or XLSX files if they matter.
- Get an answer as a summary, a table or a chart — or questions it asks before acting.
Review proposed changesLink to the section “Review proposed changes”
The agent never changes anything by itself.
- When it proposes changes, choose Review.
- Tick the actions you want and edit any of them.
- Choose Approve — each action shows its result and a link to it.
Settings and historyLink to the section “Settings and history”
In the organization settings, admins switch the agent on or off and choose, per area, whether it may read and propose. Your conversations stay in its history for 30 days, searchable and ready to continue.
