Company order — sample 2026

What the document contains

1. The organisation’s name with legal form, tax ID and address, as on its own letterhead and never with a state emblem
2. The title “Order”, number, place and date, and a subtitle saying what it concerns
3. The ground: a law, the charter, a decision or an application
4. Numbered points, each a separate instruction with the responsible person and term; the last point names who controls execution
5. The head’s signature and the signatures of the employees concerned that they have read the order

• Orders are how an employer adopts its internal and individual acts.
