A certificate from the organisation that a person works for it, with the position and the start date.

- The organisation’s name, tax ID, address, phone, and the certificate’s number and date
- A statement that the person (with social card number) has worked for the organisation in the given position from a date until today
- The monthly salary for the requested period, only when the person asks
- Where the certificate is to be presented
- The signature of the head (and of the chief accountant when salary is certified)
What to know before signing
- The organisation certifies facts about its own employee only; it never certifies facts that come from another body.
